Robert Bloom has spent over 30 years working at every level of the construction industry in the Sacramento area. He's managed large-scale production home builds for national builders like Beazer Homes and Del Webb, directed multi-million dollar custom home projects as VP of Construction, served as a certified building inspector for Sacramento County, and most recently worked as a field inspector specializing in residential foundations, slabs, and crawlspaces.
